  The inventory management of this store is very disappointing. For the 3rd week in a row there are no facial tissues only a large empty space. Second week in a row I wanted to buy Coconut or Italian creamer but the ONLY coffee creamer available is an "assortment" of French Vanilla (regular, fat free, and sugar free), there was not even an empty shelf for other flavors anymore. At least one third of the frozen food section is consistently empty, pizzas-raviolis-prepared chicken-potatoes-vegetables-ice creams. The employees are not friendly at all, I asked a young man who was pulling empty boxes off shelves about the lack of inventory and was told "you have to come in the morning, that's when we get our stock and we're sold out by evening". The cashier last night did not even thank me after checking out, he seemed more interested in a conversation with another employee. I have been a very loyal customer of Aldi's for at least 10 years and always recommend to others any chance I get. Of all the locations I have shopped at in Maryland: Rosedale, Loch Raven, Edgewood, Nottingham, Essex - this is the only store I have had continuous issues with. The next closest Aldi is in Edgewood and is an additional 15 minute drive, double the distance. I would really prefer to shop at Aldi, but a 30 minute drive just for groceries is a bit extreme when there are many other options closer to home. UPDATE: Aldi's corporate customer service is great, they both emailed and called me directly to speak about my complaints, explaining why some of the products are not in stock and to let me know that my disappointment with the Bel Air employees will be looked into. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
