  I WENT TO GARDINER WOLF BECAUSE OF THEIR EXCELLENT CHOICES AND QUALITY OF FURNITURE. MY SALESPERSON YVONNE WAS SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGE. THE DELIVERY MEN COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE GRACIOUS AND EVERYTHING ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. LOVE THIS STORE!!!

  Purchased a couch, lounge chair, end table light and end table 8 July 2017. The chair had a tear in it and I started working with customer service and the salesman a couple days later to resolve the issue. A technician did come here to look at it and said it would most likely be repaired and not replaced. It is now almost 3 months and I get very nice emails from customer service that are reactive in nature and not proactive in attempting to resolve this. I get told the status only when I email and it's usually the same response. Supposedly the 'parts' are on order (for quite some time). 3 months of an unresolved issue is a bit too much for a customer to put up with. I will not purchase from here again based on this experience. Update: I just received an email from customer service. They are now going to deliver a replacement chair.

  Had no idea what to expect before going to Gardiner Wolf Furniture. We found what we were looking for, attractive well made furniture for a reasonable price. High quality well made furniture isn't cheap, and it wasn't, but I believe the furniture was worth the price. Our salesman was knowledgable and very helpful, but not pushy. Enjoyed the experience. Time will tell if the furniture is as good as I think it is, but so far I believe our choice was wise. Happy customer.
