  I came to k&b for my first time looking at dresses. They were very warm and welcoming and make you feel at home. From giving us a full tour, snacks and water, and taking the time to talk to each person I brought with me. Candace and Bern are both absolutely amazing women that were so kind and easy to work with. Candace made me feel very comfortable and made the experience fun and easy. I did not find THE dress here but that was no fault of theirs. Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service, and were extremely sweet when I canceled my follow up where as davids bridal were completely angry and rude.

  I highly recommend K&B! The staff were all friendly and helpful. My wedding dress consultant, Kate was incredible. She took the time to ask about my style over the phone before the appointment and recommended a great local sandwich shop that my friends and family loved. On the day of, she had wedding dresses ready for me based on our phone conversation. She was patient and made me feel like the star of the show. I found the perfect dress in my price range and it was all thanks to Kate.
