  MIKE E was an excellent representative. He helped me with all my needs and set me up with a Hum. This is my favorite Verizon store. They have great customer service and I rarely have to wait. I will definitely be back again.

  Everyone at this location is incredibly pleasant and friendly. They have extensive knowledge on the products they work with, are are more than willing to help you with any problem or question you may have. They also seem to be a little less crowded than other stores which gives for a much more personal and unrushed experience. I would highly recommend, they are wonderful! All the staff is great so you don't have to worry about getting someone who doesn't know how to do their job!

  Verizon rep Ty took excellent care of me in upgrading to an iPhone 8 and getting an iPad. I had my son with me and he let him use his own tablet when it came time to transfer the phone. Outstanding service. I will be back to this store.

  I recently purchased two new iPhone 8 Plus from one of your employees, Shawn Spann (wireless expert). He provided excellent service! Very personable and highly efficient. It goes without saying that you are very fortunate to have him on staff. Not all my Verizon experiences have been wonderful however this truly was exceptional because of your employee.
